Would you like to help save a woman's life?

Please Help a Friend of Mine by Signing This Petition.

Her name is Barbara Briggs and she's a friend who is suffering from inoperable stage IV rectal cancer and she is in desperate need of obtaining breakthrough immunotherapy that can save her life if she is accepted for a clinical trial.

She doesn't yet know that a petition is now in circulation on her behalf as the beautiful person (Paul Sanderson) who began this petition for her would rather not get her hopes up until there are thousands of signatures upon the petition.

The link below will tell you all that you need to know.

Thank you more than words can say.

Instead of a petition you should contact the company or whoever is conducting the clinical trial and ask directly about compassionate use. She may be able to try the drug off protocol . . which means without benefit of the Clinical Trial . . which also means insurance may not cover the costs. But, many companies offer compassionate use programs . . you just need to contact them ( she will also need to qualify medically, so you may want to tell her about this to make sure that this drug can safely be tried on her).

Can you post what the name of the drug is or what the treatment course is?

You may want to look into high dose IV vitamin C. There are reports appearing showing that patients are being maintained for years on this therapy. No side effects so really nothing to be lost-

If she is a good candidate for the clinical trial, she will be accepted, because the people conducting ANY study want ideal candidates so they can learn stuff. While a petition is a nice thought, it will not encourage the study's sponsors to accept a non-qualifying candidate, neither should it!

Best wishes to your friend.
