Extreme Constipation related.. Or Cancer? How Much Will It Cost For Testing? (I have Hummana HMO in FL)?

Since about age 16 (I am now 23) I have had abdomen cramps, and gas. With it about 6 years ago I started to have Extreme constipation. (Very large, and painful). Then 2 years later I started to have rectal bleeding(on/off), and I think that鈥檚 when I first saw bumps on my anis (I have 3 very small like peas, Sometimes itchy, they look kinda dark). To this day I almost always have constipation, and blood in the toilet after release. (bright red blood, but sometimes clumpy) I have stomach cramps in my abdomen (but I think its from so much straining from the constipation) I don鈥檛 feel weak, but some times I feel dizzy (when I get up in the morning) started about a year ago when I took the night shift, so I don鈥檛 know if that鈥檚 related. I noticed that I now have scars on my upper thighs, and it looks like my buttcrack has scar in it (could be from all the sitting I do at work, and home? Im a big PC gamer) I also have a small bump on the top of my crack which I had for aprox 3 years.

I also feel a weird鈥? almost like a small pressure in the middle where my right, and left rib cage meet

God I feel like im falling apart! =(

Im going to goto the doc, but I dont know how much money I will need to save up.

In the meantime, try changing your diet. Eat some raisins and prunes every day. Eat some apples. Drink prune juice and lots of water - every day. Spend ten bucks at Walgreen's and buy a bottle of FiberSure laxative. Mix up a heaped teaspoon in a glass of water and drink AM and PM. Quit eating fast food entirely and instead eat some fruits and vegetables. Get out and exercise instead of sitting around all day. If you try this regimen daily and are serious about doing so then your bowel problems will resolve and your bowel health will be 100% improved before you even have time to save the money for a Dr appt.

Call a doctor's office or HMO to find out the price. You need to get to a doctor soon to get this problem straightened out before it turns into something huge that will be very expensive to treat. Whenever there is blood you need to see a doctor.

See a doctor if you have any sort of bleeding from down there.

My advice, for what it's worth.
It sounds like you've got hemorrhoids. You get them when you have constipation, from all the pushing.
The blood is probably from them as well.
You need more fibre in your diet, that will soften your poohs.
For a quick fix.
Prunes are the number one natural quick fix for constipation. Eat them straight from the packet, 5 or 6 of them at breakfast time and maybe a few more that night should get you working again. But don't overindulge in them, more is not better when you eat prunes.
Nectarines, peaches and apricots work quickly too.
But for day in day out health you need to eat 3 pieces of fruit and 5 serves of vegies every day. It's a lot I know. But celery and carrot sticks dipped in light sour cream is a yummy snack and uses up 2 of those serves.
Every day you MUST drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. This will also keep things soft and easy to pass.
You'll be feeling better in no time I'm sure.
