I think i got raynaud's Disease not only do my hands go white they go blue is this any thing to worrie about??

Raynaud's phenomenon is when all or part of your fingers turn white then blue when exposed to cold. This isn't uncommon, especially in women, but it can be the first symptom of a more serious disease.

Most of the time it's nothing to worry about, but if you develop trouble swallowing, spider veins, or thick tight skin, see a rheumatologist or your primary care physician.

Not at all, Raynaud's Phenomenon is totally harmless, just annoying.

I also have Raynaud's. Raynaud's is not exactly harmless, but in most cases it is simply a matter of avoiding what makes you go "red white and blue". You may want to read the links below to determine if you have primary or secondary Raynaud's. (Mine's primary; I get red-white-and-blue fingers, toes, and nose!)

I dont consider Raynauds harmless by any means. I have two uncles with it who have SERIOUS complications from it and could one day lose their legs because of the lack of feeling in their limbs.

Raynauds is very commonly a secondary autoimmune disease to something else. Very often, Celiac Disease is the main illness and Raynauds is secondary. Celiac is an inability to digest gluten and affects all kinds of areas in the body. For more info on Celiac, and to find out how to be tested use these sites. U need to see a doc anyway to see if u ahve Raynauds.
