Raynaud's Disease? |
I have this and it is very painful. Does anyone else? I feel like I am the only one. How do you deal with it? I take all the necessary steps, but alot of the time it just doesn't help. Some things you can do are: Protect yourself from the cold, avoid excessive emotional stress, don't use vibrating tools. I just try to keep as warm as possible. I have blankets all over the house, and electric blanket in my bed, heating pad on the couch. I don't have the pain, but i get muscle spasms. I take muscle relaxers for that. Raynaud's disease; symmetric asphyxia;idiopathic paroxysmal bilateral cyanosis of the digits due to arterial and arteriolar contraction; caused by cold or emotion. |
