What is the disease?

A 46 year old taxi driver presents with a unique complex of symptoms; calcinosis, Raynaud's phenomenon, esophagal dysmotility, sclerodactyly, and telangletases. Anticentromere autoantibodies are present in the serum. What is the disease?

Sounds like scleroderma (CREST) to me. Treatments of naproxen in conjunction with omeprazole can be affective for the symptoms.
