My rashes are unknown.sometimes "hives",sometimes like measle rash..can someone help?bothering me 3yrs now.. |
my rashes just triggered off when i came back from big splash at east coast 3yrs ago..no medicine that can cure..been to skin specialist..normal GP..but it just came back again.Sometimes when i brush agst my shirt or lay my hands on the table..the rashes appeared..and it itch like hell! i tried zyrtec for 2 yrs but now..it seems it can't help anymore...can anyone help?I'm feeling really depressed when the rashes came..so frustrated..sometimes all over the body too.. worst of all i don't even know what food i'm allergy to..cos everything i ate..rashes sure came out...HELP! It sounds like you have urticaria that is triggered by pressure and it is very common. You may not be allergic to anything because some hives are considered to be idiopathic with no known cause and some are auto-immune based. I've been hiving since 2000 although they went into remission for a couple years and I now take a drug cocktail of multiple antihistamines in a well choreographed regime to keep them in control or manage them. Zyrtec, singulair, and a host of other anti-histamines didn't work for me either and it took a lot of testing and trial and error to get the mix right for me. There is a lot information and support on www.chronicuticaria.com and uticaria@yahoogroups.com. Its such an irritating condition. I use the homeopathic remedy urtica urens (30x strength) as soon as a rash appears, it really helps. Maybe a course of this, 3 times a day for a week, along with the homeopathic remedy graphites (30x) would help. Good Luck. There's one thing you can try: Have you been to an allergy specialist? Have biopsies been taken of the rash? It doesn't sound to me like you have exhausted all your options...Go online and do some research...find out who is the Allergy specialist who is the best...but make sure that it is a major medical center in your city or the largest city near you...In the Boston Area...Mass General Hospital would be the place....Each major Metropolitan city has a major medical center....good luck Use clay with water! My sister and aunt had the same symptons and yet doctors couldnt find the cause of it. Doctors did every test they could think and biopsies and yet nothing. However, my grandma told them to cook some lettuce leafs and let the water cool off, then with a cottonball use the water in the area of the red bumps. This will help the red bumps and you could also make an oatmeal paste with the lettuce water and just leave it until it dries out then rinse it out. If you are like under alot of stress it will flare out, so try not to stress out. |
