Rashes after period?

During my period my butt starts to have rashes cause of blood flowing down. I only use pads. Later the rashes turn into scars and then there is a ring of dark skin around my butt to my vagina. Now the scars look long lasting. How do i remove the area? Also what are ways to prevent this from happening again? My mother told me to wash my areas from wipes then aplying cream or baby powder.

Actually there are many reasons for such situation: first is acidic allergic skin as yr blood is acidic bcz of yr vagina liquids...
Pls ask yr dr. but if you couldn't, clean the area very well using lifebouy soap (or any antiseptic soap like Jonson &johnson)and water then u may use Fucidin cream ( which has Fucid acid 2%) three times per day,for three days then u may use Dexalocal cream twice per day for three days!
