Rashes gone Wild!??!??!?? |
I have these really itchy rashes on the insides of my elbows...eczema, maybe??? They didn't use to be so bad, but they have gone out of control and they're really flaky and red and scabby and gross. I HATE them! Sometimes I scratch so much I make them bleed.....ugh. Anything you know of to make them go away? We are using a cream, but it makes it WAY WAY more itchy. Thanks so far...my mom is careful to use detergents that are gentle and I don't eat the things that make this rash break out, I have had it since birth but it never was a problem until about a year ago and we STILL don't know how to fix it. I'm thinking this reaction has to do with your diet too.Try avoiding acid foods like citrus and tomato based things.they can make your skin over-react by getting a rash or itchy.Change clothing detergents to something that is fragrance free and chemical free.Do you wear wool? Stop! Try dabbing a little bit of Apple Cider Vinegar on some of the rash and see how it does. ACV is an alkalizer and my friend uses it on her psoriasis. Her Psosriasis was really bad, thick white, horrible.......after just a few days most of the thick matter just came off her hands. She keeps it in check with vinegar and her hands look almost normal. She had tried, for years, expensive ointments/creams, and was shocked to see how well ACV works. |
