Rashes on face due to a facial wash...?

just wanna get some help with these rashes on my face? i used clean and clear daily pore cleanser and then my face got somehow burnt... and then when i stopped using it... there were these rashes. it kinda bothers me... though it's only noticeable when one looks closer and when i'm outdoor... with the summer heat... it gets reddish... can anyone help me make the rashes go bye bye?

get some bynadryl cream and rub it on. Don't use that stuff anymore. Don't put anything on your face until that clears up.

Don't rush 2 conclusions. There are reasons from me that I want 2 point out.
1) There might be one ingredient in the facial wash that you might be allergic to.
2)You might be sick a day before or two...and the medicine caused rashes to appear(that happened to me every time i get sick)
Heat causes you to sweat , and it will bring out the rashes when the rashes have gone.So my suggestion is to stay cool and try not to go places too hot.For the rashes go bye bye thing...Try not to touch the rashes when they're itchy
