Recurring rashes?

hey there...i m a 21 F and i have been breaking out in rashes quite often ever since last year. now i m experiencing the rashes the 5th time. these rashes usually occur on once every 3-5 mths. been to the skin specialist and was told it is probably due to skin sensitivity. the signs and symptoms are similar to the viral infection pityrisis rosea and the areas affected are always the same, namely trunk, arms, groin and thighs. is there any way to find out exactly wat m i sensitive to n how should i prevent the rashes from cuming back again ?

Weird. I was just diagnosed with pityrisis rosea. I've had the skin rash a week now and it completely sucks.... so I feel your pain.

I was told that exercising, getting over-heated and hot showers all irritate the rash... and that it could take 4-6 weeks to completely go away.

According to my research, pityrisis rosea is viral... meaning nothing else is causing the rash except the virus. You never get rid of the virus, it just goes dormant and then comes back. If I were you, I'd get a second opinion. Go to another doctor. My doctor gave me a prescription for allegra and a powerful lotion.

it may be due to collection of toxins in ur body. to get rid of toxins and clean ur entire system, nature's cure may help u.
take one glass of water and squeeze lime juice from half of one lime and add 1 tsp of honey and filter it; and drink it in the empty stomach in the morning for 3/4 weeks.
once toxins are removed/purged out, the healing takes its own course.
