Spots and rashes after shaving?

i have sensitive skin and when i shave i always get rashes and little spots i even bought a new intutition shaver and i still et rashes i also tried sensitive veet and i got even more rashes anyone help ?

I have the same problem and to compound it have thick dark hair so veet doesn't work, on very pale skin.

I find if I shave in the bath having soaked in a bath oil for a while I can shave in there. (I shower off after). This is the only way I can shave without rashes. I use a SSS one from Avon. It's not expensive and really worked for me.

As for waxing, the hair grows back before the rash goes away...

You can use Nalpamaradi Coconut oil for preventing rashes. It is an ayurvedic preparation effective for skin rashes.

exfoliate really well before you shave

make sure you have a good hard scrub with an exfoliator and exfoliating gloves before shaving, use lots of soap or shaving foam whatever you like and plenty of hot water. then slap on moisturiser afterwards, i always used to get a shaving rash and this (especially exfoliating) works well for me.

and veet gives me a rash too..

Use a Fusion razor - and shaving gel with Aloe Vera. It helps me

have a hot bath first when you get out moisturise
they is a few products on the market that help like oils to soften the skin...i have poriasis and its a nightmare shaving my poor old legs
