If I got rashes on my arms and chest, and not too long before i got head from a girl, could I have something?

I got head and made out with this girl who I'm not so sure is clean...(i didn't know before, I know i'm an idiot for not checking). I got rashes on my arms which i got rid of with cream, and now i have a rash on my chest! Could i have an STD?

More than likely you are fine. However, most STD's can't actually be seen and quite often they have very mild or no symptoms. Your partner can have an STD for a long time without even realizing it. And therefore, can pass this on to you. So when you say you didn't check to see if she is clean, you really can't anyway. Everytime you have sex you take a gamble. If she gave you oral sex just like that, what makes you think she hasn't been with dozens of other men doing the same thing? You are not only sleeping with her, but all of the men or women she slept with previously. I would go to the doctor to have the rash looked at and to get an Rx. BTW, watch your verbage - on the board, it's oral sex, not "head".

It's very unlikely. Why don't you type in "rashes" on Google Images and see if any of the pictures that come up, look like your rash. Then, depending on what you find, make an appt with your doctor.

Good answers by all. Just wanted to add my two cents...this probably just seems to be some type of rash. However, WAKE UP CALL!!
Start thinking about practicing some safe sex practices my friend. Example...if a girl has a cold sore(aka herpes simplex 1) on her mouth or something, and performs oral on you...you can get HSV1 on your genitals. So, might want to stock up on some flavored condoms. Better safe than sorry, right?
Not sure how common it is, but you can get STD's from the ladies via oral means as well. Might want to think about a dental damm...or, if you want to play it safe, ask about her sexual past, go get tested together..etc, etc.
Might seem like a pain in the A**...but, then again so are STD's. So, be safe man.
