What are these rashes on my legs?

i have some rashes on my legs, they're not itchy but it sometimes spreads. i dont even shave my legs. my skin is kinda dry so idont know if that's contributing to the rash. theyy go away after a week by applying a cream (i forgot the name) then a next batch comes in once i stop applying the cream.

Use something called "blue cross" it's this cream for rashes, ect. it works really well in my opinion.

i think it could be excema.
its a skin condition.
i have it too.
theres nothing you can really do.
just try not to scratch it.
and use lots of lotion [:
