Can stress cause a rash or rashes? |
i have been getting rashes on my back, chest, and arms. there is really no rash before i scratch, but after i start scratching, i get these little red bumps. i told my mom and dad and they said that they think its because of stress from school. i am in the advanced classes and i am almost failing math and i have soo much homework i sometimes have to stay up until 10 or 11 to finish it, and i also have other stuff that i do like play the guitar and i have to make time for that and freinds too. i really want to get out of those classes, cuz i have been in them since 1st grade because i took like this certain test but i don't want to because they will have to change all my classes and my schedule will get all mixed up, and i don't want that. i really want to know if this rash is from the stress i'm under (as u can tell) or if its just something else. but i haven't been using anything new so i don't think that it could be allergies. if it is stress, what can i do to make it fo away or just help it. I believe I have the same thing,I do think its from stress and I think its Hives I take allergy medicine it helps a bit (loritadine)the ones that dissolve on the tongue seem to work faster. eliminate allergies from this equation by taking an allergy pill and see if the rash go's away. Yes, stress has been known to cause a stress rash on the skin. |
