Rashes having anything to do with stress?

There was a period where I was under immense stress and was getting these rashes on my body. They were under my arms, on the inside of my arms, legs, and my stomach. Then they disappeared but I noticed everytime that I'm really stressed out. I've been feeling much better lately but I started getting a rash under my arms again and I can't stop scratching it so it's getting worse and worse. I also am having a hard time not itching in other areas as well and I'm getting some small bumps on my forehead. I was initally assuming that this was all due to stress but I've been feeling much better lately so now I'm not too sure? Maybe I'm more stressed out than I think I am? I have no idea why my body is reacting this way and it's not any lotion, body scrub, deoderant etc. or anything put on my skin that could cause it to have a reaction.

Oops, I didn't complete a sentence so part of my question makes no sense. Sorry about that.

I'll start with eczema, stress will start this going. Then there's Herpes, Shingles, allergies, the list goes on and on. From Dust Mites to Bed Bugs and, Roaches.

There is no set rule or reason why a person breaks out. I in my old age have just gone through an Eczema break out that kept me awake all night, for days, then I saw my allergist, I developed allergies due to aging.

See your doctor first, he can get you to an allergist and creams and, even shots for it. I get Zoloph shots but, they're $2500.00 a shot for one month, every month, you have to have good insurance.

Have you changed proximity? When you go into peoples homes that are not quite clean, or they have pets. This could cause a bunch of reactions especially if you have a clean household. Another reason is spider bites, if you have been bitten you might have to start taking benadryl or some type of antihistimine. Good Luck!

Hi,
you may have eczema.
definitely don't scratch, that breaks and irritates the skin causing more itching. then as the skin heals it will itch more.
see your doctor for your best treatment options

I can't recall the name of what you have. But will try and help. I,
have rash also. it is about the size of a dime and it has little
pimples. You you scratch them and ooze you spread it. Go to
Doctor, Clinic whatever. hopefully that person will actually listen
to you. I was given a clear gel. It was like a invisible bandage. It worked on bug bites and everything. It is a newer
version of calamine lotion. Read the label. If you live in the states you will find it at most pharmacy's. It is clear and so is
the bottle. Can't give you the name. Rather afraid to.
