I have always had pretty healthy skin and have never had any problems with acne or suchlike, but recently I got...well, I wouldn't call it acne, it's more like small small rashes that are located mostly on my cheeks but also some on my forehead. They don't itch and aren't really red. When I run my hand over my cheeks it feels a bit like fine sandpaper and it makes the skin look tired and a bit oldish. It sounds more like contact dermatitis. There are a lot of contact allergens in conventional soaps, shampoos, lotions and creams. Most of the contact allergens are related to the petroleum by-products used as the base for the products.
