Sun Rashes HELPP?


every summer i get sun rashes and they hurt really bad and get really itchy i heard to put vinegar on it will that help? like im going crazy because its so itchy someone help?

try cortisone cream.

try using aloe vera with lidocaine in it.
it helps the burn and usually soothes the itch.
