Can newborns get rashes from being kissed to much?

my sister in-law tried saying the baby has a rash on his face because everyone kisses him to much. Can kisses cause facial rashes? I think it's just heat rash myself.

Babies skin can be very sensitive, it could be from the heat, his blanket anything that might rub his skin so yes lots of kisses or the lip gloss or lip stick women wear could irritate his skin anything is possible.

YES THEY GET RASHES AND ALSO WHEN DONT WAS YOUR HANDS OR IF YOU TOUCH THEM IN THE FACE TO MUCH

A facial rash can be three things:
1. Kissed by a person with a mustache -wash the face frequently
2. Food staying on the face -wash the face more frequently
3. Some babies get baby acne. There are white heads at birth and they turn into acne. My doctor told me about it. If it is it will go away on its own.
Just watch for a fever. It could a sign of something else.
Also, see if the baby is teething.If the baby is putting things in its mouth because of teething it could cause a rash.

Kisses won't cause rashes but the lip products of those doing the kissing can as well as any bacteria passed onto the baby's skin.

Newborns can get a heat rash but it is usually on a part of the body that is covered by clothes or a diaper, more common with an infant is newborn acne. The baby is going through hormone changes which is completely normal and sometimes that can cause newborn acne.
