Skin rashes and diabetes?

I have several symptoms of diabetes such as, being cold, getting rashes, craving sugar but I have low blood pressure. I have this rash on my back and stomach that resembles ring worm but does not itch and is more noticeable when I am hot. I also have melasma or brown patches on my face, I also sweat badly on my palms and feet and my feet become ice cold sometimes also. Someone please help me figure out what is wrong with me!! Does anyone else have symptoms like these?

if i were you dont use this online thing to gather informationof whats going onto your body .. its better if you'll visit your doctor!
ask it from me im a nurse student and i have already seen such things during my exposure duty at different hospitals and health centers... we ask our patients to have there test RBS ...ect. a kind of test for diabetic clients...
