Benadryl on rashes on eyes okay? |
I think it's from using dirty makeup brushes or something, but i have been getting CRAZY rashes on my eyelids and my undereye. It's completely red, itchy, my eyes water like crazy, and I keep putting on more makeup to hide the redness and also use eyeliner. Would putting Benadryl on the rashes be okay? Or is Benadryl not meant for that? no do not put benadryl on your eyelids you would benefit from taking an oral dose of benedryl (get it from your pharmacist is is over the counter). As putting the beneadryl near your eyes you could inadvertantly get some in your eyes and it might cause problems. As long as it's on the "skin" part I think it's ok. I think it would be best to stop wearing make-up for a little while. My wife never wears make-up and I think she's beautiful. Just an FYI, I am a benadryl user as well. I have gotten the topical benadryl cream in my eye and it caused my eye to dilate (I didn't wash my hands after using it and touched my eye). You might want to see a doctor because I'm not one; just giving advice based upon my experience. Good luck. |

This sounds so bizzare to me I would see another doctor if it was me I would also go and get allergy tested. The rashes all may be from something you have eaten, something you touch,pollen, animal... could be stress. you should call your dr ...You could be just having a rash from heat. It could also be allergy to the laundry soap that you're using. Try to chage your laundry soap and rinse clothes well. Or irritation from too tight c... yes both are caused by a hyper-responsive system. ...It could be Acanthosis Nigricans. It sounds like it may be a mild case of fungal infection. Common in hot weather where you are often moist. Your hemorrhoid may be oozing some & causing it to stay moist there. Is there a bur...
