Does anyone understand "rashes".?

Help! I keep getting rashes. I don't know if it's my age, or I am just allergic to everything.
I keep getting rashes on my neck and chin. I hate them. They are red and itchy. Doctors are "dah"; They are not doing a dam thing.
Help!!!!!!! Why do you have to pay doctors when they don't help you.
They should only get paid when the help you.,

You have to pay them $60-$100 for them to just go "dah", I'm an idiot, I don't know! Nothing like getting ripped off.

Hydrocortisone helps a little. I just got a job, answering service. I have to where a microphone with spongy material on it. It is stressful, cause I never really know when I can leave. They are even open on Christmas, even though it is not busy. I am thinking, could it be the job. It is so unstructured and insane.

I know it. I've been to the dr 4 times in 3 weeks for a rash all around my mouth and no one can help me, I went to a dermatologist and that idiot couldnt even tell me what to put on it.! what he gave me isnt working, so i get to look like a clown for xmas with a red rash all around my mouth. I totally understand.

What are your symptoms?
I personally have eczema ( red, itchy ), right now I have it on my hands and small spot area on my leg. Doctors don't really give good advice regarding this. I've done my trial & errors on products that help relieve the itchiness. This are some things I've tried.
avoid using products with fragrance in them you could be alergic to them.
Drink plenty of water
get plenty of sleep
stress plays a major part ( for me) when the rash will 'act up', so try to relax ( reading, nap, even deep breathing).
Hot weather, over heated places, even over-heating in excercise can trigger it.

Try anti-itch cream, fragrance free soap, lotions.
Hope this helps.

I'm a nurse. I think this could be a sensitvity to something. Maybe something you wear or something you eat. Start a journal when you get these outbreaks. You have to narrow down things until you get to the bottom of it. I too had to do this. I would also use some otc cream for the discomfort. I know this is frustrating for you. You are right you deserve the best treatment you can get, you are worth it. And you are not paying them for nothing either. I hope this isn't something you have heard before. Take care.
