Tinny rashes all over!!!!!!!?

ive got these tinny rashes on my thighs,hands,breast........almost everywhere now,im using medicated soap but it doesnt seem to be working,can anyone suggest something else apart from the dermatologist

Hi. I wonder if you're allergic to something or if it's from sweat, in either case it could be eczema. Stop using the medicated soap--it's obviously not working for you. Try using unscented Dove soap. Don't scrub too hard until your rash quiets down. Use cool water when washing up. I have eczema and if you get sweaty at all wash or at least rinse off, as the salt could bother your skin. Have you tried any new soaps/detergents/cleaners,etc? Any of those things could be bothering you as well. Try some OTC itch cremes, they may help. If not, contact your doctor and they should be able to help.

be more descriptive. are the rashes itchy? how small or big? flat or bumpy? what color reddish or skin tone? Stop using medicated soap. and see a derma (sorry) before it gets worse.
