HELP!! Weird rashes on my arms and inner thighs!!!?

I have these weird rashes on my arms and legs and I dont know how I got them this is what they look like:

they kind of itch what is the matter? do i have eczema, is it alletgries, what is it, im gonna see a doctor so im just looking for any advice in advance thanks!!

i think i solved this for you and i looked at the pictures, this little trick will save you a lot of discomfort and money because you will not have to go to the doctor once i tell you what i think is causing this problem.Give me 5 points if you agree with my answer or where i can send the bill for professional services hehehehe. you are getting these rashes because you are having an allergic reaction from your clothing. the clothes are picking up some detergent, or cleaner when they are washed and that is what is causing your skin to break out with a rash. most likely it is either to much detergent being placed into the washing machine, or a new brand was used that does not agree with your skin. I would look into this right away...hope this helps.

to prove this...greatly reduce the detergent, wash on warm or hot water setting for your washing machine. the rashes will go away in a few days after you stop irritating the skin with the bad chemicals.

It seem to stop at the sock line indicating an external allergy rather that an internal allergy.
Could you clothes not have been rinsed well--in the last wash?? or not rinsed at all???
If this is possible--go take a good shower and put on other clothes

Honestly they look like stretchmarks to me... which itch.
