I have rashes everywhere, I've tried everything, help?

I cannot afford to see a doctor, but people have been helping me out with anti itch medications, but none of them work. Aveno anti itch lotion, makes it itch worse. Blue star ointment specifically for rashes makes it 100 times worse plus spreads it, any other healing lotions makes it burn so badly the pain makes me throw up. Anything that intends to dry it makes it worse. I'm scared to try anything else but these things keep spreading anyways. And i fear if i visit a doctor, they will have a number of tests ran and each time they test something its going to cost me. If you have anything similar and had cleared it up please let me know. Here are some temp pics i posted of it, its gotten pretty bad.

It does and doesn't look like Shingles, because of the photo's being dark it is difficult to tell- these look more like raised bumps-
One question, have you been eating any fruits or possibly tomatoes lately? This could cause an outbreak of rash and hives.
Did you try calamine lotion?- I know for shingles I mixed up some vinegar with water and applied it to my mother's shingles which seemed to ease the pain and itch.
If your muscles begin to ache in any way, get to a doctor asap because with shingles you get muscle aches when they are bad enough.
Go into the pharmacy and ask them if they have anything for this type of rash, I got my mother some stuff that helped her, it was behind the pharmacy (not on the shelf) and comes in a tube.

try redwin (or redkin?? cant remember) sorbolene!!! its fantastic. i had a rash similar on my neck, one week and it was gone. its really cheap too!!! you can get it at like kmart, big W, target and chemists!

go to country hospital where they can help you with your rashes it sounds like the stuff you are putting on it you have a reaction from it the country is free for people that can pay

You may be having a severe allergic reaction.I know you said you can't afford to see a doctor,but you can't go on like this.You need to make an appointment with a dermatologist as soon as possible.

u could get poison of some food ??

i took tablet called RIZEN (for nearly 1 year) or any medicine for allergic,, it helped when i got the burn feeling

my ears were the worse spot... even felt burnt

i got all my body itchy and swallon, it even got nearly black colour :(

then i went to see my doctor n she gave me that medicine
(i took nearly 1 year until i got all better)

go to pharmacy and ask them if they got any ... and ask them clearly if that tablet can cure ur itchiness

u have to make sure if the tablet wouldnt cause any worse for u

isn't there any way to see doctor? coz u never know, maybe u just need go to see them once ...

please see the doctor, otherwise u will get lots of advise n even make them worse

i was afraid to see doctor either, but it get worse , i even couldnt walk, cos they spread all of my body, it felt burn and just aching, hurting me so much

then i went to see this doctor only once... she got me the tablet.... i took the tablet everyday, everytime i couldnt stand the itchy burning feeling

You should not be trying all kinds of medications without seeing the doctor for the right diagnosis. Just think of it this way....the money spent now can save you tons more if you have to end up getting more expensive treatments down the road. It's better to spend some money to put yourself on the road to recovery.

Having said that, you should also be careful about your diet in the meantime. Your rash can be due to a whole of reasons and diet can be a trigger or can worsen your outbreak. Try giving up on processed foods, reduced intake of red meats, dairy and wheat products.
