Rare disease; PLEASE read!?

what is that disease called,
that infants age extremely quickly.
its rare, they are born with it.
they usually dont live past 6 years of age.
their skin becomes sand papery
and they loose their hair.
their head becomes long and narrow.
and they die of heart attacks, heart failure, etc.
