Info on fundraiser , 26 yr old mom of 3, rare disease, brother lost job caring for them. Had to move home -$

My sister-in law has an "orphan disease" called "Langercell Hystio cytosis, (sp?) and has a tumor on her pituitary gland, among many other things. Her immune system is comprimised, she catches everything, is in constant pain....and does not have insurance. I helped them get back here from accross the country, but financially can do no more. She is such an inspiration, so young, not letting you know the pain, but her husband knows, and is always there for her to lean on. In between all of this, my nephew who started a new school, the last month of school, was rewarded "All Around Student of the Month"...not just in his grade level, but the entire K-6!!! They are exceptional parents! Any help. advice would be appreciated more than you'll ever know. Thank You.
