does anyone know the number of a good rape hotline? I got drunk and took advantage of myself with a mag light and I feel like i am going to break down over it. I feel used and helpless.. this is a serious question my body was fouled and a battery fell out of it and i nay be pregnant with duracells! Um, WTF? Are we really reduced to these kind of issues? Your country matters. I know for one that in US it's 911. They'll give you complete discretion of your identity too. Moreover, if u feel like u'll break down over it, I'd advise you to meet a counseller, preferably female. If you are serious, then yahoo has yellow pages. If your not, get a life! Rape inspires not just fear, but also anger. On the internet, for example, men will sometimes troll boards and make jokes about rape, or say that victims deserve it, or say that false reporting of rape is common (the actual figure is 2%, comparable to all crime reporting). Then these men act surprised or amused when they get an angry response. Their ripostes often play on the stereotype that women are irrational. It doesn鈥檛 seem to occur to them that they might be addressing a victim of sexual assault. Only Clowns rape. |
