Rape vs Molestation?

Say a girl sleeps at a house where a man is there, and he thinks shes sleeping, but shes really not. And while shes "sleeping" he has oral sex with her and does other obnoxious sexual things to her. He never has ACTUAL sex with her, but does everything else.

All this time, she knows it but shes acting like shes asleep to avoid confrontation.

Molestation, but he next time it could go the extra hair and be rape, this girl should hypothetically talk to her school counselor, pastor, or her best friends Mom, you might think the obvious would be to tell her own Mom but historically he Mother either does not believe or blames the girl for provoking the incident by being a tease, which is ridiculous but still happens, which is why young girls run away from home. The Mother may be dependent on the man for money, may be besotted with him or what ever but after the girl tells another adult then she can talk to her Mother and have an adult protecting her interests and it won't get hidden from the public view, it will be out in the open out of the closet...Also, hypothetically this girl should gather up and hide any bedding and or underwear or jammies so she can back up her story with facts so the pervert can be arrested convicted and sent to jail where he belongs. Hypothetically this girl should get counseling for this also because even though she was smart enough not to get beaten or bruised she has been Thur a horrible experience and should accept all the help she can from professionals to help her deal with this atrocity.

it would be molestation if she was a minor (under 18). anything after that is rape. whether it is rape dpends on a couple of factors. what is the relationship between the two? and why, if you want to make love to this person, don't you wake her up? it sounds like its rape because she is afraid to wake up and that she is going to get real hurt. Sounds like some creepy licking some scared girl.
