if you were in your bed sleeping and you thought your husband came home and got in the bed with you. definately. it was a misconception. u thought it was someone else. u would be concenting to your husband. if it isnt ur husband than u didnt concent to him. it is rape! Yes, that is rape. You did not consent to having sex WITH THAT PERSON. Yeah, it is, because you weren't given the opportunity to say yes to that person. I can't imagine a situation that you wouldn't know that the other person wasn't your husband, but maybe it would be because you were tired. that would be some creepy a.ss s.hit and yeah i would consider it rape Well...actually it created confusions...its a rape for u...but i dunno if it wud be lawfully called rape...cos u dint even resist it..dats y i dnt think any1 will consider it lawfully a rape...as far as other things r concerned...find out who he was n give him a good thrashin..dis will surely teach dat sickenin a*sehole a lesson.! It's definitely rape. You didn't consent to sex with whomever was in your bed at the moment. He deceived you -- you thought he was your husband -- hence the reason you didn't say no. You don't always have to say no, or fight, for it to be rape. You must be unwilling to have sex with the person, and they must know that. So if a guy came in on the pretext of being your husband, then clearly he know that you wouldn't have sex with him otherwise. Therefore, it is rape. yes it's rape...what happen did you forget to lock the front door? how did they the perp. get into the house. I'm sorry this happen to you..i hope you went to the hospital and had a rape kit done on you...that way u have evidence. to put this sicko away... aim sorry about it, but how sleepy would you be for these 20mins to not know if it were your husband? If a real person broke into your house and did this then of course it is rape and you must seek help and support. However I see you have posted your question in the mental health section and I wonder if you are suffering from a mental illness right now. There are many conditions where people can imagine things that aren't real, that is not to say that you are not suffering but just that you have "unshared perceptions" If you can get your husband to buy THAT story, heck yeah, it's rape. |
