Was it rape?

i went to my friends party. I have an illness so i started having a pain attack, i took this really strong narcotic. It makes me really drowsy so i asked my friend if i cold go in her room and sleep it off since i was going to stay the night anyway. I went in the room and the narcotic made me sleepy and really out of it. My friends's boyfriend came in and got on top of me i said "no get off" about 6 times. then i nodded off because of the medicine. when i woke he i realized that he was having sex with me and i fought him off. Im not sure if that is considered rape or not.

Anytime you say NO and they proceed it is rape, even if it is your husband!.... you should have went to the hospital and not taken a shower so they could have evidence that it happened... you should still get a lawyer and tell them what happened.... but without a report in some states it can be dismissed....
