Had ureteral stent 6 weeks for a post-radiotherapy stenosis with no effect. Should i put another one for 3m?

I had ureteral stenosis after radio-therapy and the right kidney doesn't produce a good flow. So i had a ureteral stent for 6 weeks. 4 weeks after removal, the situation hasn't changed. They say another might be necessary for 3 months. I should add that i felt very bad when i had the stent (and after), but i didn't have any simptomatology before. What should i do?

Your kidneys are one of the vey sensitive organs in the body. Any obstruction to the flow of urine can have devastating consequences. You can end up with renal failure requiring life long dialysis. Ask a person on dialysis what a pain in the a** it is.
