I developed radiation induced fibrosis on my rectum with the radiation therapy I had. Is there a remedy?

This side effect is giving me problem in bowel movement and even in my food intake.

No remedy is available from traditional medicine except invasive ones.

The people that gave you the radiation are the best one's to answer that....

I'm still just a student of herbalism, but I highly recommend Essiac Tea combined with a diet comprised of ONLY non-processed foods, very high in fibre. Also, cut out all red meats, and only consume poultry (if you must), in three ounce portions, twice a week. Stick with fish and seafood, as they're MUCH easier to digest and pass than other meats. Juicing is also claimed by many with rectal polyps or fibroses to be beneficial. By all means, cut out ALL spicy foods, period!

An acquaintance of mine swears Essiac tea saved her life, and I've read hundreds of positive testimonials on it. It's also known as Ojibwa Tea. The best Essiac Tea available in the US is from the Herbal Healer Academy - website below. And, no I'm not a student there, and I don't work for them. I just know almost all their products are the best you can buy!

I wish you health and freedom from pain!

You need antioxidents, enzymes and amino acids
The essaic tea is a good start
also GOOD quality green tea (not from the supermarket)
astragalus
Co Q10
vitamin C, E, zinc, selenium unless you are taking blood thinners
siberian ginseng --make sure active ingredient ELEUTHERO
cats claw

also shiitake, reiki and maitake mushrooms
