.01 is very close to 0. You should just be concerned with taking good care of yourself. Eating a good healthy diet free of chemicals, additives and preservatives, limit sugars. Exercise and take a good multi vitamin. And most of all stop worrying, your mind is a very powerful thing. Stay upbeat and always keep thinking positive.

I have been cancer free from prostate cancer since 1998. I had cryosurgery and did not have to have radiation. I have my PSA checked at least once a year and when it's at .01 that is real good so I have been told by my doctor.
