Hi, wondering what radiation exposure there is from a cell phone which is on but not talking.? |
Left a turned-on cell phone by accident on the side of the bed where i was sleeping today for about 6 hours, right next to my head on the pillow. The phone was on but no calls. Does it transmit continuously in such a situation or only periodically to keep on the network, or not transmit at all? Particularly, i was interested in the amount of radiation a cell phone emits when on and talking versus when on but not talking.
