Exposure to sun 1 1/2 mos. after radiation completed? Has anyone had experience with this?

I am due to go on a motorcycle ride sat. benefiting cancer. temp is to be about 75, sunny & headed to higher elevation, mtns. Will I be okay with tons of sunscreen?

Yes, and if you're wearing a helmet, that will help to protect your scalp. My skin was more sensitive for about a year after radiation... I learned to always wear a hat in the sun because of my scalp burning- even though I have lots of hair...

Anyway, I am fine in the sun now but I always wear at least 30 SPF sunscreen- also I use a natural one from Whole Foods - but the name escapes me right now!

Have fun!

What you want to do is take Lecithin, as it will absorb radiation and take it out of your body. Also, Monounsaturated fatty acids from fish are unbelievable in getting rid of radiation i the body. If you can do fish, Sashimi nis excellent for that. Lecithin is very cheap in its granulated form and has an excellent ,mild nutty flavor to it.
