Can seizure for kids may also be associated with too much exposure of computer radiation?

Can seizure for kids may also be associated with too much exposure of computer radiation?

No. The siezure issue comes from epilepsy and the "flicker" of the screen as it refreshes. This can be solved with a LCD screen rather than a CRT, since there is no constant refresh rate there. Some games, however, flash at regular enough intervals to trigger a siezure though.

Anyway, as to your point, it has nothing to do with radiation, and as long as the kid doesn't have epilepsy, you have nothing ot worry about.

no

No, seizures are a state in the brain, and no studies connecting to or concluding because of any form of radiation exposure has ever been done to my knowledge, computers can create a situation which probably can increase the occurrence of seizures due to exposure to flickers in brightness (even though not normally noticeable) but would have its effects on the brain, most people suffer symptoms of headaches because of this problem.

Seizures are caused by a temporary abnormal electrical activity of a group of brain cells. I have never heard of a theory that says computer radiation casues seizures but I guess by the definition you could possible make a plausible point of this. I work in the Neurology specialty and with all the computer radiation around kids these days, if this statement of yours held true, we would see more children with unexplained seizure activity, my guess is that the effect of a computer on brian cells in a child is not sufficient enough to cause seizure activity. What is your reason for the question?
