If the Bacillus had sporulated before exposure to radiation, would that affect the results? I am not clear what "the Bacillus" and what "radiation" refer to. Are you perhaps asking about radiation as a means of preserving food? |

Good question, but the answer is no. You are always exposed to what is called background radiation.
