I feel terrible nausea and an urge to vomit in the morning recently, anyone know an illness that causes this?

Since I am not a woman Im obviousily not pregnant, lmao! I was thinking it could be related to radiation exposure.

You could be pregnant but if you arent, there are MANY conditons that can cause extreme nausea. If the nausea only occurs in the am after getting up, It may be a case of acid reflux or some type of stomach viral. Have you been checked for H pylori which can make you feel very sick. It can be treated with antibiotics and is associated with peptic ulcers in some cases. Go the doctor and have it checked out. Also try not to eat after 6 or 7 pm.
