Micro oven distroys vitamins on food? daughter knee and leg?


please name me the warnings and danger of micro wave oven. and side effects after exposure

why does bone get pain or get weak after exposure to electromagnetic radiation? everything is heated for my daughter in microwave .

There are many reports that indicate the loss of vitamins and certain goodness from foods that are microwaved, but the fact is that the nutritional value of food cooked in microwave is as nutritious as food prepared using conventional convection cooking methods. In fact as far as the loss of vitamins is concerned microwave cooking is preferable to boiling so as to minimise possible leaching of vitamins into the cooking water. So if anything, microwave cooking enhances mineral retention in vegetables. Further, the quality of protein, in foods cooked in a microwave is higher than those foods cooked conventionally, as far less oxidation occurs in meat cooked in a microwave. Similarly, reheating food quickly in a microwave retains more nutrients than holding food hot for long periods such as cooking and keeping food warm continually over a flame.

As far as the dangers associated with microwave ovens and possible exposure to radiation are concerned, this may be one of many radiation sources around the home. Electromagetic radiation is more likely to be as a result of mobile phones, HV power lines, or house appliances and general electrical wiring. The thing is, there is no conclusive evidence that any of these things can have an adverse effect on your health or even cause cancer. However, as the microwave causes water molecules to vibrate, and therefore heat up the food, it is best to let food stand usually for a similar amount of time that it has been cooked for the molecules to stop vibrating, before consumption. Again this may or may not have an adverse effect. One thing for sure is that if the microwave you are using has poor screening the radio waves may radiate and have an adverse effect, as with any radio waves. Therefore it is a good idea not to stand too close or in front of a microwave whilst cooking, in case its screening has become ineffective over the years. If you are concerned as to the effectiveness of the screening, this can be tested by a trained technician to determine if there is any radiation leakage.

you may need to change her eating habits to an all live (not cooked) plan. That means she would be vegetarian. It would improve health. And when you cook food you kill the enzymes needed to break down the food. research this info for the sake of you and your family.
