My eye-sight is getting weaker day by day. How can I maintain agood eye-sight? |
Since I've joined in this new job I have to work on Computers staggeringly for almost the whole day. I have to work on projects that needs me to be on computers both at my office and stay up half the night at home to work on it. I had to get new glasses very recently( 6 months or so). Now I'm feeling that I'd need an eye check-up pretty soon as I'm sure my powers(eye) have changed. So, I think it's only due to the constant exposure to the Moniter radiations that my eyes are getting affected. I can't let this go on forever. This would certainly damage my eyes permanantly. Yet, I love my job and want to work the way I'm working. even though u work all day on system its better u maintain a few min break after a little bit of work and eat more leafy vegetables, take nutrional food like milk, eggs etc.i will definetly give u a good source of vitamins 2 ur body. Wrest your eyes from computer monitor, don't read or watch TV in the dark, and eat your carrots get a good light at your workstation, not a flourescent.flourescents are really nice, but they add to aye fatigue(im guessing). see flour. lights flicker,or pulse constantly(puter screens may do this as well. not sure ). but i do know this because i used a timing light that worked off of shining a light and picking up the flashed reflections. when pointed at a flour light, it displayed a readout(cant remember the exact #), so this told me they do, i could care less what they are supposed to do. you could try the SeeClearly method. it's just a bunch of eye exercises that over time supposedly cease deteriorating eyesight and in many cases, improve it. i tried it a while ago, and it's pretty good, you just have to recognize that it's going to take a while to notice any improvement. Go to a good eye doctor, not just an optometrist, an M.D. in Ophthalmology. Ask for their opinion and describe your symptoms to them. advice is to stop looking at PC, need to have break and look at "Green" colour as this will help to relax your eyes. you can use magnatic spect which is very useful for eye relax EAT FRESH CARROT EVERY DAY.HAVE MILK INSTEAD OF COFFE/TEA.DO NOT SEE THE MONITOR/TV COUNTINOUSL FOR 15MIN KEEP UR EYE AWAY FROM THEM. |
