Will i get rabies? |
I left some lychee type fruit out in my yard to dry and in the morning some of the fruit are biten and eaten by an unknown animal. I threw out some of them and kept some. Do you think that i should eat it? will i get rabies? by touching it, will i get it too? can rabies to spread from one person to another? not all of them were eaten or biten but only some First off rabies is blood born, secondly you shouldn't eat anything that has been bitten off of if you don't know what bit from it, not because of rabies, there is a chance but that's not the only thing you can get from animals. you won't get rabies by touching it, you have to be bitten by the animal to get rabies. People usually get get rabies from the bite of a rabid animal. It is also possible, but quite rare, that people may get rabies if infectious material from a rabid animal, such as saliva, gets directly into their eyes, nose, mouth, or a wound. |
