Are pins and needles a symptom of glandular fever, meningitis or q fever?

i had all three illnesses all at once and now im worried that these pins and needles may be part of something else. wats going on?

they started in my hand and i also get numbness as well. i have also been getting them in my feet. the happen when ever really, walking, exercising, sitting........

Have you recently sat on your legs? It depends where the pins and needles are. It can be a symptom of meningitis, but I wouldn't worry too much about it.
