How did I get Prostate Infection, Bacteria and HIV from a Hand job ?

Hey guys, I am just sick, I am not stressed or anything and why in the hell am I having chronic diarreha, fatigue, twitching pain in muscles shoulder, collar bone, hands, change in vision, feel more sick, back shoulder hurts.

Stomach problem, makes noise, loose stool, cramping.

This is all ARS symptoms.

How in the hell did I become infected with HIV ?

It's unclear to me if you've actually been diagnosed with prostatitis and HIV or if you're self-diagnosing. It's unclear to me exactly WHAT your diagnosis(es) is/are. And it's also unclear to me if your current health problems are a direct result of your contact with a prostitute or if you already had this infection taking place. You haven't provided any evidence to support your claims.

The hands, especially unwashed hands, are famous for transmitting bacteria. If the prostitute caused all this, remember you are the one who decided to use his/her services.
