Changes of COPD: Signs, markings, typical of COPD are present.
Signs of fibrosis are visible on both lungs. Fibrosis occurs from a variety of causes.
Granulomas, calciferous refers to calcium, are present, again part of an overal disease process taking place; e.g., and autoimmune disease.
Trachea should be midline.
Diaphragm is not normally flat. This occurs with hyperinflation or hyperaeration of the lungs and this is a result of COPD.
Unremarkable means that no abnormal signs were observed pertaining to the soft tissues and bony structures.

Your next step should be a complete pulmonary function test: Spirometry, Lung Volumes, and Diffusion (DLC0). Next a pulmonary consult with a Pulmonologist. Possibly a CT scan.

They took a chest xray from back to front and side. Changes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease show hardening of the tissues on both sides. Calcification tumors (clumps of hard substance) are in the trachea and the diaphragm has been pushed down do to the disease process. There is excess air left in the lungs after each breath (which is normal with COPD) and the remaining tissues around are not affected.
