I'm looking for what the medical community is researching and doing with all their money? Where are the cures?

I am more specifically looking for research documents on pulmonary fibrosis and any potential cures that are being researched. Why is science unable to provide answers despite the years they have spent millions and millions and asks for more and more? Who are these researchers? What are they researching now?

there is no money in cures////

A lot of the money is wasted. Many so called charities are very top heavy, and you are lucky if 10 percent is donated to the medical cause. The rest of the money goes to 'administration' costs.

Try to get a financial report of the charity and see how much $$ goes to real research before donating. BTW, they did get some results with aids research. Also, if the cure was that easy, it would have been cured already.
