A doctor told me I'm a schizophrenic psychotic with a psychopathic personality disorder...Is that a bad thing?

A doctor told me I'm a schizophrenic psychotic with a psychopathic personality disorder...Is that a bad thing?

Most of us are guilt ridden wimps. You are very very special.

Being a schizophrenic means that you will never be alone. Your psychotic disorder should give you lots of energy. Being psychopathic means that you will never feel sorry for anything you've done.

You sound like the perfect rave animal. Have a blast and just stay away from me.

I'll ask my agent

Yes

yes your f ing crazy you need to be in mental hospital

NO NO NO NO NO

Just be yourself, we all have something that makes us unique!

sure sounds bad.

No thats just great..

It could be life threatening- but not for you!

variety is the spice of life

Yes and excuse me if I block your e-mails and messengers!

Before walking out the doctor's office...it would be a good idea to ask him what that means.

yep

no, just take a chill pill

ask the doctor

No nothing to worry about. This is fairly normal in my family.

Controlled no it isnt.
your Dr knows whats best ,do what he says.

GOOD LUCK AND MERRY CHRISTMAS

It's really bad, since that's not a condition that a doctor could tell you, you have. So stop being full of crap and get off yahoo answers.

Shhhhh....it is okay....I think you are having a delusion of a delusion. You will wake up soon.

yeah, sorry, you'll just have to try to live with what that brings along.

That is pretty hard to deal with but you can be delivered and free if you will ask God to help you.

No its perfect for an interesting life, biography, prison sentence, and the inevitable movie of the above.

yes indeed!, he was telling u u had a whole lot of problems and that ur crazy in alot of words

sounds like it, but never mind enjoy your christmas, thats if they haven,t carted you off to the funny farm by then.....

No it is not a bad thing. You were born with a chemical imbalance. As long as you keep seeing your doctor and taking medicine (if prescribed) you can lead a normal life. Do not let anyone discourage you.

Many of the most successful people in the world struggle with what you do everyday.

Just take one day at a time, take mental breaks and believe in yourself.

Everything will be fine.

Do not worry.

good spelling though x

The schizophrenia and psychotic behaviour would be one of the many psychopathic personality disorders there are, so they are pretty much the same thing. However your doctor probably wouldn't be able to diagnose it and would have to refer you to a clinical psychologist. It probably is a bad thing, and you should hope to be interned under the Mental Health Act.

your not my husband are you he has the same problems but walked out 5 months ago

Wow, I am talking to Anibal Lecter!

Whoa, sounds awful.

Yes... The doctor has no right to tell you things like that without clarrifying his diagnosys and making sure you the paitent fully understood what he was saying.

Stood alone, each of your "disorders" can be easy to live with and indeed medicated and controlled. Many people display tendencies towards each... I really wouldnt worry about it if I was you.

If you think there's a problem, ask for a refferal to your local psychiactic department, if it's them you felt let down by, ask for a second opinion, and travel to another unit dealing with your specific issues.
