Physical Therapy....?

I went to a doctor and they told me that I need physical therapy. I guess my muscles in my legs are stronger than they are suppose to be and are pulling my ligaments in my legs which cause pain in m knees. My dad had to explain it to me because the doctor speaks Croatian which I don't understand. My dad can't find a physical therapist. Can anyone help me find some websites on physical therapy for my knees, or describe some therapy on here?

NO! The reason why you need to see a PT is so they can assess your knees and your muscles. You might just have tight hamstrings which can cause pain in the knees. However you need to be assessed and then the 'correct' treatment started. Find a PT, the sooner the better. Best of Luck

Honestly, you will need to go to a PT. Don't try to do the therapy on your own. It's much easier to have them work with you. If you're having trouble finding a PT check out this website:

Hope you find one!
