Name of physical therapy head suspension harness?

I hurt my neck falling off my snowboard. Since then, the left side of my neck (behind my ear down to the shoulder blades) has this pinching, sharp pain. I can't shift my neck to the left, and I can't bring my left ear to my shoulder because of the pain. I can't look down and bring my head round to the left. I've seen chiropractors and a physical therapist, but it's only helping out temporarily.

I went to this particular physical therapist in Korea for about a week, and they're the only ones that were able to help me. After 6 straight days of physical therapy, I was good for the next 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I had to come back and I forgot to ask what methods they used...

They had these harness coming down from the ceiling, and they would suspend your head or legs or arms and do particular exercises like turning my head left and right while parts of my body like my head were suspended on this harness... It worked wonders, but I have no idea what it's called. Anyone know? Thanks

It was probably some type of traction unit. You can usually get one that can be suspended over a door frame. Discuss it with your doctor or therapist.
