I derived great benefits from phosphorus 6c (10 strokes each day) mixed in 1.5lt water for 3 months.?

it was used up by someone else by mistake and i have been experimenting with various higher potencies with no positive resutls. i have had a single dose of 200c a month ago and the improvment is very slow with regard to be physical problem. but mentally i have become more restless and vulnerable whereas 6c brought about a dramatic change in my way of thinking and boost up optimism in me and my fears vanished with 6c. can i go back to 6c again or stay with 200c for a while. can 200c give the results of 6c if so, how long would it take for me to experience the results. 200c is believed to act on a deeper level but 6c has seems to have that job quite more effectively than 200c in my case. thanks in advance for replies.

Hi Krishna
You've been wrestling with this for a while now. Homeopathically you should not take a higher potency followed by a lower one. It sometimes locks in the problem. Nor should you take nearly so many as 10 in a day, even in a low potency. If you mixed the pills with 1.5 litres of water and shook the container vigorously you may have inadvertently created an LM potency. This you would have taken daily, one teaspoonful a day.
There is a school of thought that gives remedies in ascending and then descending potencies. This should be taken only on the advice of a homeopath.
My suggestion would be to take Sulphur 30C, once a day for 5 days to clear out your system. And then go back to Phos 6C no more than 1X per day and not for any great length of time. My best advice would be to consult a homeopath.

In honesty - you're mucking about with something you clearly don't understand. Homoeopathy is very safe in the hands of a trained therapist but not to be used in the way that you are doing it. Doses are not to be taken continuously over a period of time like you have described. You shouldn't be going backwards & forwards with potency - and 200c definately isn't to be taken without the correct advice. I think you should antidote all you've done by drinking lots of strong coffee and then taking advice from someone in the know. The Society of Homeopaths will give you the name of a practitioner in your are.
