Does plain carbonated water (soda) increase the uric acid levels or decrease the calcium levels in blood? |
I have about 1.5 litres of carbonated water everyday in the evening at about 8 pm as it keeps my stomach trouble free. I have slightly higher levels of uric acid (However, below normal) and normal calcium and phosphorus levels in my blood. All my other bllod levels of kidney, liver etc are also normal My Husband suffers from chronic kidney stones. His Dr said that clear sodas are alright but to avoid anything colored .that includes coffee and tea |
